Hi, I'm Victoria

From farming to websites

My working life has taken me down some very different paths, from farming to teaching swimming to massage therapy. Each one taught me something I still use every day. Farming taught me that hard work pays off and good things take time. Swim teaching taught me patience, and how to explain things simply so people feel confident. Massage therapy taught me how much a warm, personal service matters.

Why I do this

Now I want to put all of that experience to good use by helping others. I know what it's like to be busy doing the job you love, with little time left for anything else. That's where I come in.

I'm based in County Durham and work with businesses across the North East. Most of my work is done remotely, so you won't need to take time out of your day for meetings unless you want to.

How I work

• Plain English. No jargon. If I need to use a technical word, I'll explain it.
• Clear prices. You'll see what's included and what it costs in your quote, before any work starts.
• Accessible as standard. Your site works for everyone, including people who use screen readers (software that reads the page aloud).
• Privacy-friendly. No tracking cookies as standard.
• Yours to update. Change your own words and photos whenever you like.
• Quick replies. I reply to every enquiry within 2 working days.
