Cookie policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags and local storage, also store or read information on your device. This page explains which of these this website uses. The short answer: none that track you.

The short version

Because there's nothing optional to switch on or off, you won't see a cookie banner on this site.

Cookies and similar technologies this website sets

Cookies and storage set by this website
NameProviderPurposeHow long it lasts
_cfuvid (cookie)Cloudflare, for my website host WebflowSecurity. It helps the network that delivers this website protect it from abusive or excessive traffic. It's set on every page and can't be read by the website itself.Until you close your browser.
cf.turnstile.u (local storage, not a cookie)Cloudflare (Turnstile)Part of the spam check on the contact and consultation forms, which helps tell a real person from an automated program. Only used on the Contact page.It can stay in your browser until you clear your browsing data.

When every page of this website was checked on 7 November 2026, after launch, the only cookie was _cfuvid and the only local storage was the Turnstile item above. No session storage was found. Pages load files only from Webflow and the delivery networks it uses, and the contact page also loads Turnstile from Cloudflare. I treat both as strictly necessary, because they keep the website and its forms secure, so they don't need your consent.

My website host, Webflow, uses Cloudflare to deliver this website securely, which is where the _cfuvid cookie comes from. Webflow can also set strictly necessary cookies in a few other cases, such as on password-protected pages, but this website doesn't use those features. The law doesn't require consent for strictly necessary cookies, but I'll always list them here.

If this changes

If I ever want to add something optional, such as visitor statistics, I'll update this page first. If it needs your consent, I'll ask before it runs, and you'll be able to say no just as easily as yes. Saying no won't stop the site working.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can see and delete cookies, and block them, in your browser's settings. Look for "Privacy" or "Cookies" in the settings menu. Blocking all cookies won't affect this website.
